Spline shafts are generally machined by milling, broaching, grinding and other processes, the choice of process is determined by the fit clearance between the spline shaft and spline sleeve, we support grinding spline shafts, the tolerance can be up to 0.003 and finish 0.2. We customise spline shafts according to the drawings, and provide quenching, nitriding and other heat treatment services.

Technologies
Gear shafts are shaft components with gears etched directly into the outer periphery of the shaft, with spur and helical gears, and are mainly used in automobiles, power transmission mechanisms of workhorses, and so on. We produce gear shafts according to customers' drawings. In the closed factory of SPP Industry, we perform CNC machining of transmission parts such as splines and gear shafts, including turning, milling, grinding, broaching, gear cutting and other processes. The heat treatment and surface treatment of the components is made possible by the heat treatment and nitriding furnaces in the plant. The gears are also measured and mesh tested by Klingelnberg and Gleason gear measuring equipment.
