We produce tools for all stages of fastener manufacturing. Header and trimming dies, standard and special punches, rolling dies, release pins, inserts and cutting tools are all part of our standard manufacturing programme. Our product range includes dies made from a wide range of alloy steels, high speed steel, tungsten carbide and sintered high speed steel.
We supply dies and tools made from tungsten carbide or hardened steel for can manufacturing applications, producing a variety of grades through the use of cobalt or nickel binders, for use in the manufacture of drawn cans, lid dies, ring dies, wall ironing can making machines, copper bending machines and necking tools.

All of our can tooling and dies products are hot isostatically sintered to ensure optimum metallurgical quality, and our corrosion-resistant grades help to prevent damage to your die components during the manufacturing process, as well as prevent leaching of various lubricants.
Designed to produce the highest quality ammunition tooling making tools incorporating new Tungsten Carbide and speciality steels. The state-of-the-art STUDER CNC grinding machining centre produces correctly shaped tip shapes with mirror polishing, replacing the traditional hand polishing process. Grinding and polishing of the internal contours of all dies is carried out only once, with perfect tangency between cone and radius, and accuracy of the dies is guaranteed by 3D profilometer measurement technology.
