Tungsten Carbide Rolls

Tungsten carbide rolls are manufactured from inner core steel material + outer tungsten carbide material, this way will reduce the cost of the rolls and improve the performance of the rolls. Cemented carbide is widely used in the steel industry for wire forming, pipe manufacturing, cold rolling and hot rolling of welded pipe manufacturing due to its super hardness and wear resistance.

DIE CUT ROLL

Used for cutting sheet materials such as paper, self-adhesive, film, nonwoven fabrics, and metal foil. Based on our accumulated expertise, we optimally design and manufacture the blade shape and angle, the material of the roll used, and the processing method.

Applications:

• Folding uneven rolls are used to create folding lines on milk cartons and various beverage containers, including boxes used for product packaging. In addition to straight line processing, irregular shapes such as circles and ovals can also be created.
• Embossing rolls are used for embossing packaging materials, beverage containers, non-woven fabrics, sheet metal, etc., such as in the production of nappies and masks.
• Food dough die-cutting rolls are used in the dough cutting process for candy, bread, etc. Stainless steel is often used to prevent rust.
