Quality Assurance is designed to manufacture components under contract with a series of measures controlled by the quality assurance of the SPP Industry Company, so that consumers do not have to worry about quality, delivery, not according to the drawings and other violations of contractual obligations and irresponsible control measures, because the company’s production of products are based on the drawings of customised products, the contract of each customer’s specific regulations in accordance with the actual contract shall prevail.
Quality Assurance at SPP Industry is a management-driven system designed to provide superior product quality and service. The goal of the Quality Management System is to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed our customers’ quality expectations.
We strive to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system through quality policies, quality objectives, audit results, data analysis, corrective and preventive action plans, management reviews and other continuous improvement initiatives. Through our management system, we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality as well as the safety, education and well-being of our employees and the environment.
The quality management system for precision hydraulic components is based on AS9100, the quality management system for transmission components is based on ISO 9001, and the quality management system for technical ceramic and carbide components meets the requirements of IATF 16949. Our quality systems are supported by documented batch support control and traceability systems that create a framework for clearly defined controls over materials, processes and validation activities, thereby providing our customers with confidence that our products are designed and manufactured in a clearly defined and controlled environment.
These quality systems, including the extensive use of statistical process control and risk mitigation methodologies, have resulted in SPP Industry being awarded Certified Supplier status by many of our customers. This allows these companies to receive SPP Industries products directly into their inventory, saving costs and delays associated with incoming inspection. SPP Industry is always open to quality assurance surveys, audits and source inspections.

Product Certification
We send our customers “Certificates of Compliance and Inspection Reports” for each batch of components (other than prototypes), showing that the workpiece meet all the requirements of our inspection drawings. Various other “Certificates” that we can send under the name of SPP INDUSTRY include:
Routine Certificates – for routine shipments of SPP Industry products
Mercury Free Certificates – indicating that our products are free of elemental mercury
Process Certificates – indicating that the process (e.g. brazing, heat treating, etc.) was performed according to specific specifications
Material Certificates – state the specific calorific value of the materials used to make the product and include chemical and physical laboratory analyses of the materials
Certificate of Performance – shows that our test results comply with the requirements of the inspection drawings. Often components are labelled with serial numbers and test data is recorded for each component.
Cleanliness Certificates – show that our components have been cleaned and packaged to meet agreed specifications.

Delivery conditions
1 Quotation and conclusion of contract
1.1 Orders shall only be deemed to have been accepted by us when we have confirmed them in writing.
1.2 Until then, our offers are not binding.
1.3 Supplements, modifications or ancillary agreements of any kind, in whole or in part, require our written confirmation in order to become effective.
1.4 Orders are irrevocable once placed, unless we agree in writing to their cancellation.
1.5 In this case, we may charge you for the costs incurred in the interim and a minimum of 15% of the net invoice value for loss of profit.
1.6 The descriptions, illustrations and technical dimensions contained in the printed material are of approximate authority only.
1.7 We retain ownership and copyright of illustrations, drawings and other documents.
1.9 Samples will only be delivered upon payment
2 Quotations
2.1 Prices apply ex works, excluding packaging, and are expressed in Euros.
2.2 For amounts in relation to the reference price, we can invoice a maximum difference of ± 20% from the agreed target price.
2.3 Packaging is charged at cost price and is not returnable.
3 Payment conditions
3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made in cash without deduction to our payment office within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
3.2 If payment is delayed or takes place later than agreed, standard bank interest in excess of the corresponding Landesbank discount rate of at least 3% will be charged for exceeding the payment term without prior notice of default.
3.3 Deductions or set-offs due to counterclaims by the Customer are not included.
3.4 Notification of defects by the Customer shall not have a suspensive effect on the obligation to pay in good time.
4 Delivery time
4.1 As soon as all details of the execution have been clarified and the terms of the transaction have been agreed upon, the specified delivery time is sought and started to be observed.
4.2 The delivery period refers to the time of completion of the product at the factory and does not include transport time.
4.3 Unforeseeable events beyond our control – e.g. interruptions in our operations or those of our suppliers, obsolescence, material shortages, force majeure – as well as delays in the fulfilment of accepted orders, which make them more difficult or impossible, entitle us to make delayed deliveries and exclude the customer’s claims for damages from being postponed or withdrawing from the contract accordingly.
4.4 Partial deliveries are permitted.
Shipping costs
Delivery is always at the customer’s risk, even if free delivery to the destination has been agreed upon
In the event of a delay in delivery due to the customer, the risk is transferred to the customer on the date the goods are ready for delivery.
Insurance against transport damage can only be purchased at the customer’s request and at the customer’s expense
Unless otherwise agreed, the method of delivery is at our sole discretion.
Investigation
Complaints of any kind will only be considered if they are made in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
Hidden defects can be raised at the latest within 1 month of receipt of the goods
In the case of overseas deliveries, the customer must ensure that notification of defects is given prior to despatch and can be checked by us
Transfer of the goods to a third party and dispatch of the goods is considered unconditional acceptance.
Complained goods can only be delivered at our request, freight paid and at the customer’s risk.
Liability for defects
We shall only be liable for reasonable delivery defects to the extent that we choose to improve or replace the goods. Further claims are expressly excluded
Liability presupposes absence of attributes of the goods specified in the service contract or incorrect execution of the service contract
We are only liable for material defects, which we should have recognised if we had taken all possible professional measures
We are not liable for natural wear and tear, damage caused by natural wear and tear, mishandling, overuse, unauthorised repair work by the customer or alterations made by third parties
We are not obliged to remedy defects as long as the customer does not fulfil its payment obligations
The Customer must give us, free of charge, the time and opportunity necessary to carry out all changes and deliver spare parts or replacement goods that we deem necessary
If production is carried out on the basis of drawings or other documents provided by the customer, we are only responsible for execution in accordance with the drawings or documents.
If the solution to a construction task is left to us, liability for defects can only be assumed if the customer is able to prove that the product does not comply with the general technical level within the defect notification period.
Costs incurred by us as a result of unreasonable notification of defects shall be borne by the customer.
Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Application of the so-called retention of title, which guarantees us joint ownership of the machinery or equipment on which our goods are installed
Pledges or transfers as security are not permitted. In the event of confiscation by a third party, we must be notified immediately
Place of performance and jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment for delivery and payment is our factory.
All disputes arising from the contractual relationship are agreed to the seat of the court for which we are responsible. This also applies to bills of exchange
Contractual obligation
We only accept all orders based on the above conditions
Any other conditions offered by the customer are not valid for us and we are not obliged to object to them, as our conditions are already published in the offer and form the basis of the delivery contract with us
Contract remains binding even if individual terms of its conditions are invalid
Only Chinese law is decisive for interpretation
Warranty Information
Dongguan spp industry Co., Limited proudly guarantees that all SPP INDUSTRY products are free from defects in workmanship and materials and are in accordance with any applicable specifications, drawings or approved samples. SPP INDUSTRY expects the purchaser of its products to be responsible for the proper design of the drawings for the products desired. To assist its customers, SPP INDUSTRY has a team of sales engineers who can recommend products suitable for manufacture by SPP INDUSTRY to meet the customer’s specific system requirements.
If any SPP INDUSTRY product fails to meet the requirements of this warranty, SPP INDUSTRY promises to repair or replace such product immediately within the shorter of a 1-month period or the published cycle life of the product, but shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The product is used for its intended purpose and in its intended environment. This is the sole remedy available to the buyer. SPP INDUSTRY. makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of the product or its fitness for a particular purpose
(according to the SPP INDUSTRY website), has promptly reported the potential defect toSPP INDUSTRY, the potentially defective item has been returned to SPP INDUSTRY for analysis, the item has been determined to be defective by the engineering department of SPP INDUSTRY, and the item has not undergone the item has been determined to be defective by SPP INDUSTRY’ engineering department, and the item has not been subject to any formal or informal modification or reproduction process (i.e., reverse engineering) and has not been sponsored or endorsed by the buyer.
Returns Procedure
If any SPP INDUSTRY product does not conform to the drawing, it may be returned for evaluation and possible replacement in accordance with our warranty policy. Any returned product must be unused and in its original, unopened SPP Industry’s Packaging and be subject to restocking fees
